To tak jak z likwidacją NIP. Zagranie pod publiczkę. Praktyczne korzyści z tego są żadne, albo niewielkie.

Praktyczne korzyści są takie, że nie trzeba wymieniać tablic przy zakupie auta.
Bonusem jest zlikwidowanie durnego przepisu.
