Co innego udostępnianie subdomen organizacjom społecznych, charytatywnym, czy też instytucjom samorządowym. Tu jestem na duże TAK. Dlaczego żadna z piastowskich szkół nie ma strony w domenie piastow.pl? Dlaczego strona ZOZ-u nie znajduje się z domenie piastow.pl? To samo jeśli chodzi o MOK czy straż pożarną. Taka praktyka to ewidentna działalność na szkodę miasta - utrzymanie dodatkowych domen kosztuje. Choć nie są to duże koszty, można by ich w prosty sposób uniknąć.

Co do subdomeny parafia.piastow.pl - z tego co wiem na przestrzeni ostatnich 8 lat tylko parafia Chrystusa Króla wystąpiła do UM z prośbą o możliwość wykorzystania adresu w domenie piastow.pl i taką zgodę uzyskała. Strona parafii nie jest jednak utrzymywana na serwerach UM więc UM nie ponosi z tego tytułu żadnych dodatkowych kosztów.

Pomysł przyszedł mi do głowy bo, o ile podstawówki nieźle pod tym względem wyglądają, to piastowskie szkoły średnie wiszą na jakichś dziwacznych domenach. Bałagan jest też z kościołami np. wskazuje że to jedyna słuszna parafia. Czyli jednak się da... ale nie wyszło za dobrze.
Chyba nic więcej nie da się tu powiedzieć, proszę usunąć wątek — powinienem był napisać na priv

Adresy w rodzaju [firma].piastow.pl albo sta@piastow.pl mogą być stosunkowo niedrogą i bardzo atrakcyjną formą promocji miasta.

Jeśli wpisy do DNS byłyby kłopotliwe, to proste przekierowania (aliasy) nie generowałyby dużego ruchu. Zyski za to byłyby niewymierne, przyznam że nie szukałem, ale nie spotkałem się z niczym podobnym (może jest tego jakiś powód?)
