Przetłumaczę to na bardziej potoczny język, żeby każdy laik zrozumiał:

Najbardziej jednak jesteśmy oszołomieni wyróżnieniem otrzymanym od miesięcznika "Materiały budowlane" który jest tak poczytny, że ma nakład na poziomie 15 000 egzemplarzy (mniej niż uprawnionych do głosowania w Piastowie). A wszystko to za jedyne 9 000 + VAT. Są rzeczy których nie kupisz za pieniądze, za całą resztę płać nieswoimi pieniędzmi publicznymi."

Gratuluję. Nie mogę się doczekać fotorelacji z uroczystego wręczenia statuetki i dyplomu, za które z publicznych pieniędzy zapłacono 9.900 zł (+ VAT). Ponadto już widzę oczyma wyobraźni wyraziste sformułowania towarzyszące tej fotorelacji takie jak np. "prestiż", "wyróżnienie" czy "sukces". Trzeba w końcu jakoś zamaskować to, że cały ten konkurs tak naprawdę niewiele różni się od zwykłych fejsbukowych konkursów, gdzie można wygrać hamburgera czy koszulkę - zwycięża po prostu ilość lajków. A swoją drogą 2690 głosów to o 861 mniej niż pan Kubicki uzyskał w II turze wyborów w 2010r., a liczba ta stanowi niespełna 12% populacji Piastowa i niespełna 15% osób uprawnionych do głosowania. Dlatego mam nadzieję, że w sytuacji gdy 85-90% mieszkańców Piastowa nie zagłosowało na przedszkole nie będę musiał znów czytać, ze większość jest bardzo zadowolona i bardzo sobie ten obiekt chwali.

Swego czasu Pruszków stworzył filmik "Kolej na Pruszków" który był naprawdę fajny i zdobył nawet jakieś nagrody. Ale tak jak mówisz nie wiadomo w jaki sposób miałby się on przełożyć na rozwój miasta. Raczej był on po to by zaspokoić ego tamtejszych władz. Podobnie jak niedawne zaprezentowanie nowego loga Pruszkowa. Ładne, sprytne, ale bezużyteczne.
Wniosek z tego taki, że najlepszą promocją dla gminy jest jej rozwój i dobre zarządzanie. Ale nikt z rządzących tego nie rozumie. Wolą walczyć za publiczne pieniądze o nic nie warte wyróżnienia przyznawane bez podmioty bez żadnego prestiżu.
